The title of the video say 'Sunday Funday with Ryan Villopoto and The Boys' so I assumed 'The Boys' was referring to other pit bike riders since now a days pretty much everyone calls their friends 'The Boys', but when I finally decided to give it a look, it was HIS BOYS. I misunderstood. I was way more stoked to see him out riding with his family. RV is definitely is doing a solid job juggling all of the responsibilities in his life post retirement, from 125 two stroke racing to pit bikes to fatherhood and everything else he's involved with.

This past Sunday we were out at Blackmore Ranch and RV and his kids were out riding all over the place. Those kids were having a great time with dad.

There's something to be said for kids going straight to an e bike and skipping a peddle bike. When they do get on a bicycle they won't be reliant on training wheels as they will already have the coordination and balance. They might be a little lazy about it but no training wheels is a huge plus I think.

Nice!

Does anyone have any experience with their little ones and the Alpinestars boots that have the insoles that you swap out once they grow to the next size?

I figure that would be the best route to go as I want them to be a safe as possible while keeping costs down.

"Featuring an additional insole (included in sizes 10-11-12-13-1-2-3-4) which has been specially manufactured to be one size smaller than the boots actual size. This allows the rider to initially wear the boot with the modified development insole until their foot grows sufficiently to use the standard insole, extending the life of the product."
