Cool vid and great people, his brother is pretty darn fast too. I lived in Chile for 3 years and there is a lot of this type of riding also a decent MX scene. If you have a month plus for vacation definitely check Chile out! It's like taking the coast from Alaska to the tip of Baja and flipping it upside down.
