I agree that Josh Grant is greatly improved this year and has some serious speed. He also has improved consistency and could also be higher in the standings than many expect.

Grant is good, no doubt. There is this other guy named Ferry who might have something to say about that 4th place thing.

Only a non-racing amature whose knowledge level is below that of wet tissue paper would make that statement about a Team USA saving, MXDN MX3 class winning in 07 and 08 tiger like Monster Energy Factory Kawasaki rider Timmy Ferry. Which is exactly why you made such a statement. I wonder how Lawrence will do in Veg--OH WAIT, HE'S NOT GOING TO BE THERE. Yeah, I just remembered that. Hmmmm.

Or a person who realizes that Tim Ferry isn't as fast and might not even be ready for GH.

Did you miss the part where I said "if healthy" Einstein? Or maybe you can't read, just like your favorite rider.

Dude. Take a few breaths and sit the fuck down. I don't get why GuyB doesn't park you. I am just stating my opinion and you insist on responding to every one of my posts with some more of your bullshit.

First of all, why don't you sit the fuck down punkboy? GuyB is not going to "park" me because I actually contribute to this site with experience, thoughful, pretty accurate moto insight based on decades of racing and the observation of racing. You, on the other hand, spew nothing more than uninformed drivel based on your sad and obvious hero worship of a rider who sinks lower every week. Ever notice how many people who slap you down because of your garbage? Must really have burned your ass when both the "golden boys" kicked some ass. Sad boy, Sad.

This is what you call contributing?

Yes, slapping down a well know menace is definitely what I would call contributing. Why don't you raise the entire moto IQ here by 100 points and check out?

for the opening round im saying :

MX1 : Villopoto
Alessi
Grant
Millsaps
Short
MX2: Stroupe
Pourcel
Dungey
Rattray
Barcia ( i've based that on his ability to get amazing holeshots and being a pain in the ass to pass )

Villopoto
Alessi these two will swap motos all year.

Even if James shows up to race, i think Villopoto will beat him a few moto's.

Grant on a few tracks will be a rocket

Millsaps will be fast, then crash

------------------------

Lawrence fast but crash or get into trouble

Barcia wildcard

Stoupe rocket fast but out of control

Dungey solid all year might win it all

Tom.

I think these are pretty good picks, but It's missing one PC bike and Trey Canard on your 250 list.
In the 450's I think w/ Stewart out, Millsaps will finally give it 100% and that should be good for 3rd IMHO.

I'm pretty unfamiliar with this Max Anstie guy. But I'm hearing alot about him all of a sudden- Does anyone have any history on this guy? Will he be a factor?

He was racing 80cc's last year and was supposed to ride the B class this year. After getitng DQ'd at Oak Hill and the mess that had become of the KTM amateur team he decided to jump straight to the pro class.

I doubt that a kid who was in the B class a month ago is going to be fully prepared to race pro. Granted he is fast but I don't believe that in a 2 month span he will be able to put together a training program and adjust to pro level intensity for (2) 30min+2 motos.

This is the only "non-pom pom" look at things. Of course injuries, mud, and wild cards could turn things upside down.

I agree with the number one picks in each class but after that anything can and most likely will happen! Smile

I just don't understand what you have against the little dick head though..Wink

actually he's only been on ktm for a few years. he raced on a team called rabbit kawasaki or something and won alot of races in the youth world championships then after a big win at the bercy supercross ktm snapped him up and i think he's been in america pretty much ever since they got hold of him.
