Ohh really, why is that? I've had both and prefer the get but I guess that's mainly because I love the wifi, and launch control.
Yeah if you can get benefit out of the launch control that’s a selling point. My bike has launch control standard.
The reason I went with the vortex was because it is to hard to adjust get maps accurately without data (from dyno etc). Vortex are pre programmed with trim switches that will make adjustments up to 15% at Lo, mid and high rpm for fine tuning if you think you need it, or running oxygenated fuel, which I use occasionally.
Having said that I am about to install a big bore and convert it to methanol. Neither the get or vertex is adjustable to the parameters I will require so I will be buying a power commander. I you like the tunability of a get over a vortex, then a power commander will probably suit you. They are easy to use with more parameters than a get, and you can fit their autotune (o2 sensor) straight to it so the tuning is done for you. I will be getting my methanol set up on a dyno though.

I didn’t like the wifi either, you have to leave your bike running while you connect and make adjustments, it’s not very quick and I don’t like to leave my bike idling for long.
