Watch on-board for the high speed first lap of the Pro 2 class at Rd. 4 of the AMA Big6 National GP Series in Twentynine Palms, CA. First Big6 race back after a pre-season injury and ended up losing the clutch a few turns into the race after taking a rock to the master cylinder off the start leading to a stall and a loss of quite a few spots (near the end of the video). Hope you enjoy!

Lol, well in his defense, sections of our desert are littered with rocks. And they are small either. It doesn't help that 29 palms is probably the fastest race in the Big 6 series. I saw someone hit 92.3 mph during the weekend.

Nice vid & yes...I agree that 29 palms is prolly the fastest (& scariest) course in the Big6/NPGC series!!!

Props to you for helping that downed rider too!

I’ve only done one so far, Gorman 16 I raced heavyweight novice. Now I’ll ride 25+. A few of my buddies raced big 6 since it was just starting basically.

Awesome. I raced hwt novice and moved to the old man class this year and placed 1st in lwt 30+ intermediate. 29 is my home town though so I wouldn't expect to win anywhere else except maybe Glen Helen or adelanto

Thank you. I'm not sure yet. I hardly ride right now and haven't decided if I'm doing the next round yet. I definitely should, because I want to do all of them next year. I heard Gorman is good but also scary lol. Give me a follow on IG, I wouldn't be surprised if we know some of the same people. ZSiedschlag904

I rode the 50+ novice hwt on Saturday thank God I don't have any video it would look like slow motion compared to your helmet cam. Props for helping the downed rider. I loved the course don't reach those speeds on a motocross track mixing it up this year and hitting more GP's.

Haha I’m in that same boat. 3-4 times a year now if I’m lucky. Hopefully changing that soon. I raced Gorman in 16 only riding twice in the 3 weeks leading up to the race. Spent 4 months off the bike before that. Lead for a bit, red flagged, lead again after the restart and hit the wall hard! Ended up 10th in class and 14th overall. It was a blast. I’m aiming for Gorman again this year. It’s only 20 minutes from me so I try to race there every chance I get. The course was a lot of fun the year I raced it and my buddies said that’s pretty much how the track is each year.

I’ll give you a follow right now
