yes, used a harbor freight cabinet a small pump a 50 gallon drum a huge compressor, and built a blast gun out of some brass fittings.

the pump sucks the slurry into one hose where it combines with air and blasts real good

have to drill a hole in the bottom for a hose into the drum

seal the cabinet up with cock.
also will need to drill another hole for the slurry hose, glass and soda can be used as media

i would much rather buy one already built but the cheapest thing out there comparable in size to a harbor freight blast cabinet is 2500+ and its a bit smaller.... i should be able to have this one all said and done under a $1000.00 and perform close to the name brand ones

for anyone that hasnt checked out what the vapor blasting does, well go check out youtube and look at the finish it gives on the alum parts

yeah his plans are tempting, but i dont know about paying $60.00 for some plans when there is a another dude on youtube that basically has the same setup and has a hour long video showing you what he did,,,, i am modeling his i think his name is venom chris on youtube..... he has his set up as a closed loop setup also which is nice, but i think i will go more simple and not do a open or closed loop setup..... the closed or open setup basically allows you to rinse the parts off while in the cabinet

if you keep the slurry out side of the tank its easier to change the slurry out, you also can hold more slurry so you get more hours out of the media.

and you can also run a hose into the cabinet.

also i think vapor honing technology has a bench top around 1500

seems like a waste to have a external barrel for the slurry only, you would have to drain the slurry from the cabinet back into the barrel, so why not make it where the slurry is in the cabinet and doesnt have to be drained back to another place?

Be nice to have a spreadsheet of the parts needed and wiring schematics. $60 bucks might be worth it in time saved.

Dude you are so full of shit it's not even funny. I wouldn't be surprised if every time you opened your mouth a little turd popped out. I might have believed you if you said you were joking on page 1 or 2 but 10 pages of it??? No one is buying what you're selling pal. You're a punk kid who MIGHT have a clapped out RM125 and has a serious issue with pathological lying. Every single person i have ever known who has a bike and owns a phone has pictures of their bike on it. Should have taken you 5 minutes to show us a photo of your KTM...its been weeks and still nothing. Do you really think anyone on here is going to take your advice? Do business with you? Fuck no. Your credibility is 0, goose egg, donut, bagel!! Just go away and annoy people on a different site. Maybe you can be a GNCC Pro ATV champ who's sponsored by Kraft macaroni & cheese this time.

I purchased a vapor blast siphon for the end of my powerwasher. It was from eastwood. I was able to quickly vapor blast 2 engines with parts. Glass bead media was lost on the floor, but I have only 200 total in the tip and media. My powerwasher is 3.5 gallon at 3000psi.
