TransWorld is done. We attempted to buy it from AMI, they fielded our offer then ended negotiations. Their company is in the middle of some major things right now, a quick google search will explain it all.

Donn, myself, and a few other staff members have started a new site and social media outlets instead, with a focus on the things we are personally into when it comes to two-wheels (MX, SX, off road, flat track, road racing, mountain bikes) under the Swapmoto Live marquee.

And yeah, a race series in Southern California is part of it.

AMI filed for bankruptcy chapter 11 in 2010, but has continued to purchase and sell magazine brands? WTF, we have enough money to buy shit, but we're in 1 billion dollars of dept.

Also this:
"AMI has been in the news affiliated with accusations of catch and kill operations. On December 12, 2018, the U.S. Attorney's Office reported that AMI admitted to paying $150,000 to Karen McDougal in concert with a candidate's presidential campaign for the sole purpose of preventing damaging allegations prior to the 2016 US Presidential election.
According to its September 2018 non-prosecution agreement with Southern District of New York federal prosecutors, AMI "shall commit no crimes whatsoever" for three years, otherwise "A.M.I. shall thereafter be subject to prosecution for any federal criminal violation of which this office has knowledge."

I raced a few of the Trans World races last year on my 1980 YZ250 and always had a great time and am very happy that you are now continuing them and will be at the one next month.
