I can't tell you what years have the same stem but I bet there are a few, and maybe you could just get a stem and press it in. It might be worth picking up a cheap older or newer lower and measuring the stem and see if that might get you fixed. Or maybe call some of the triple clamp companies and see if they can help you out with a stem, of course they will want to know length and diameter. Just a thought.
