Are these wheels interchangeable? Modern 4 stroke to a KX 250 (2004)?

Yes. Front and rear axles diameters are the same on all 250Fs as the 04 KX250, allowing any of those wheels to
be a direct swap..

However, the 250F has a skinnier rim on the rear wheel than the 250-smoker. (1.85" vs. 2.15")

I have the same bike 03 KX250. Also, I have a buddies 2009 kx250f and I am trying to get the front wheel on my bike. How did you end up getting the front wheel swap to work? Is there a certain axle/spacer combination you have to use between the two bikes?
