No, no free samples.

Both 250 and 450 guys got tested this weekend.

Some had blood tests yesterday, and more are getting pee tested post-race.

In related news, the 4 time defending Tour de France Champion was cleared of his FAILED test for asthma medication that he has required since childhood and is allowed to compete this year. It's all one big joke.

“The UCI understands that there will be significant discussion of this decision, but wishes to reassure all those involved in or interested in cycling that its decision is based on expert opinions, WADA’s advice, and a full assessment of the facts of the case. The UCI hopes that the cycling world can now turn its focus to, and enjoy, the upcoming races on the cycling calendar.”

Froome was busted with a reading of over 200% the allowed limit for the asthma medicine and he never mentioned being asthmatic until late in his cycling career. The WADA crumbled when pro cycling’s biggest star hit back with a high powered legal team and 1500 pages of protest documents.

If fairness is a measurement then the current state of PED testing and sanctioning by WADA is a very big joke. With the right legal team there’s no doubt Tickle would have walked on the silly charge from WADA, too.
