450 words.

I recently read that a lot of riders dislike JLaw, good to see Reed's one of the cool ones. And Ellie and Goose are all smiles as well. BobbyM probably hates them too.

I think I remember hearing about them bouncing off of each other at a practice track either right before or right after Lawrence turned pro.
Seem to get along fine theses days though.

On Speed near the very end of the broadcast after the interviews and everything is where they actually showed him grab the helmet and shake it.

Yep - It was at Cahuilla a few years back. J-:Law was doing his normal schtick of stuffing people in the turns on a public practice day, unfortunately for Reed, J-Law stuffed him a good one and then wheeled through a mud pudlle splashing Reed. Reed took offense and chased J-Law down and it ended in a turn with Reed off his bike taking a swing at J-Law.

Trust me, the finish line "buddies" thing was for the cameras...

maybe jlaw's looking for a friend?

a steady influence/ride buddy to sort him out?

hanging with hansen's hasn't helped him realise his potential.

MXA reported that story so it probably isn't true first of all. Also, have you ever thought that maybe message board posters hate him more than most of the other riders do?

The Alessis love JLaw too!

After JLaw was the only rider call Mike and give em props on the podium
JLaw got a shout out in the Alessi newsletter.
No wonder BoobyM is melting down LOL.

Reed gave him credit on podium as well. What's the purpose? Maybe he has honest feelings towards the kid? You have any evidence suggesting this is business?

20 some odd posts and 2 of them actually answered the question... thanks straight and zook...

Oh well... just to join the fun and continue the insane commenting...

I heard that JLAW asked Reed and Ellie if they were into threesomes and when Reed grabbed his helmet JLaw started laughing and said "he was just trying to help out Goose..." Could have happened, that is why they are all laughing in the pic, right???

Woohoo Wink

So it appears that in the past that J-Law and Reed have had some issues but it seems like they have moved on and seem to get on ok now.
Haven't some of you had a run in with somebody and actually gone on to become friends with them? Or does everybody carry grudges for the rest of there lives?

Have you ever done something you probably shouldn't have? Well if you can't cover it, you try to minimize it right? Here is Chad's version -
