Sad.... When I lived in SC we made quite a few trips to TNT. Friends would come south to get away from the Michigan winters, spend a weekend with us and we always made the trip to TNT to spend an afternoon riding. It would be sad to see it gone forever. Hopefully the family comes to terms with each other and someone steps up and brings the area back to what it once was.

I rode there a few times, and it was a cool place to ride, but the tracks were all extremely hard packed it was scary. If you crashed there, it was like hitting concrete. They were open 7 days a week, and had a ton of tracks, so it was probably too expensive to groom properly. If someone who had the money to rebuild the place and keep up with it, I think it could be amazing. It had some elevation, and there was a ton of land there to build tracks. Hopefully it comes back one day!

Thats pretty much what clay does down here. They disced it and it became like raked hardpack. Best time was after there was a day or 2 of rain and sat for several hours it would be nice tacky supercross clay but it only lasts a day or 2 then turned back to hardpack.

All this continued talk about TNT I wish someone would really put forth some effort on bringing this place back to life. This place has so much potential if someone where to take over that had money that could bring in some good dirt for the turns... this place could be a great training facility or even somthing like durham town

I really loved the layout they had when it was all one big long track. Back in the early 2000s. They had some larger/more fun jumps but I think they tamed everything down due to injuries. I have a video my dad made of me riding there but its a little too cringe worthy to post on here. haha.

My son and I spent many weekends there and have a lot of good memories. He loved the mini tracks and we always enjoyed our time there together.

I remember one outing when a big rain storm come up all of a sudden and we got soaking wet and muddy. We had to make the ride home in our underwear. My son was about six and he still remembers that. He is 21 now.

I also got caught speeding through the parking lot one time. Good Times!

Haha, yes I have seen Barbara chase down many people on her ttr 125 for speeding in the parking lot!
