BINGO.....I think we have winner. Everyone was up pretty quick and nobody was hurt that I could see. If it was a safety thing for a downed rider, throw the red flag without hesitation. It would have been even a better race to see the PC team and others try to come through the field.

The PC guys didn't go down with the big pack. They were off doing their own separate deal.

I assume they threw the red flag because they didn't think it'd be cleared out by the time that what remained of the pack (less than half, from what I hear). They also needed to do it fairly soon, because the flag stand was way on the other end of the track.

Oh, and Doc, I like your angle better, too...except I didn't know Bighead was in Indy. Smile
