God DAMN, really? Wtf did she do to herself? That's just nasty. Reminds of that girl from The Hills, the one who had a bunch of surgery done. Came across her in a newspaper or something, a before and after pic. I thought she was top grade before the knife, afterwards, just hideous looking.
