There is such a place coming online in CA. We already have a pro sand track, vet track, 2-mile UTV/GP track, and more in the works. Later this fall, we start on a 10+ mile UTV course, SX track, and an all-natural track that will be all grass. Welcome to Ione Sands MX.

Been lucky enough to ride a few tracks where natural terrain was king, and whatever jumps there were, were all natural. A lot more fun to ride than some SX track parked on a flat field, and called Moto.
Not gonna happen. Doesn't "Flow" enough, for modern riders. Just the way it is.
