I figured someone would die before that race ended.

one of the most intense races i have ever seen.

pretty funny they all blamed nanner nose for that big pileup

indycar has nascar beat right now for passing and excitement

Texas seems to always have pretty good Indy car races. Going to watch this morning.

Texas and Iowa have the two best IRL ovals. Crazy speed.

Before Texas re-did the track a couple of years ago they would run 4-wide.

From what I remember, when Texas first opened for IRL in the early 2000's, NASCAR was already there. The Indy cars were pulling outrageous G's and the guys were getting dizzy on the verge of blacking out. They found this out in qualifying and had to cancel. Actually if may have been CART back then.

Yes that was the CART series where they were almost passing out.
