I have no word, I am shocked, as many people will be in France. From the local but serious press lavoixdunord.fr, the organizer Rudy Potisek said it is due to an "engine mechanical".

RIP Steven :-(
Oh no... that is horrible to hear.

All my thoughts go to Stevens family and friends.

Engins failure indeed caused the crash and then Steven landed on his front wheel.

Gutted to hear this news of Steven; as was the same with Nicky recently.

I know Steven was a superb rider, with his UK racing background and how he was recently doing in the Championship...

All I can think of is maybe Nicky and Steven are racing each other somewhere someplace and having great fun... Hope so.

RIP to both of these great riders.
