Currently got fox sport titan body guard but makes me look like a Michelin man and really bulky under the jersey. Wondering if there are any other slimmer full body armour solutions out there that look nice under a jersey?!y

I like the TLD chest protector, has nice wrap around.

You could go with the fox titan sport subframe which is basically the one you get without the plastic guards on it

+1 for the TLD.

You can remove panels until you are happy, its very customizable.
With mine, I've removed the upper arm/bicep protectors and plastic shoulder plates and it sits pretty much unnoticeable under my jersey, while still providing great coverage and protection.

Should also note I've had it for 2 seasons and its still going strong, so its worth the money!

I need the "Best body armour that makes me look slim". Blink

My son and I had Fox Titan when we were downhill mountain biking. Typical lanky 16 year old, it looked good on him. And chunky on me. But it worked well.

Alpinestars A2 is perfect. Used by Tomac, Craig, Febvre and many more, to give you an idea of how slim check out those guys

And very good protection

I'd be more concerned with how well your body armor works than how it looks. If it's affecting movement, OK, I can see why you'd want something more streamlined.

It sounds like function following form and if your current body armor works and doesn't affect your riding...don't worry about it.

i had the fox titan and didn't like the way it fit, always felt like it was popping up in my face under jersey. I recently bought a alpine stars a-10 off recommendations here and much much better fit and better protection.

Had the Moose racing expedition body armor previously, then need a new neck brace and Leatt didn't really fit with it, so I got the Leatt Airfit 3DF to go with the neck brace and honestly can't feel it when I'm riding + you look like a normal human being.

skin and muscle. Just hit the weights enough and you'll be good

Leatt Airfit 3DF is light, comfortable, and slim-fit. Works very well (and all I'll wear when the temps climb), just be aware there's no side/flank protection.

Bulky generally= more protection
Slim, light, can't feel you're wearing it= less protection.
Make your choice.
Summer is tough with bulky protection.

Tld pull over that has the removable padding. Don't even know I'm wearing it but gotta be careful removing it especially when your sweaty.

Alpinestars A-1 roost guard. There is no A-2 yet

Leatt Lite is what I currently have.
Wanted something not to bulky that would go under the jersey.
And not to thick as it gets bloody hot in Perth
