Wasn't Jace Owens beating the shit out of everyone before the chase?
I dont think Faith could have a 40 point lead with Jace winning 8-14 nights in a row.

I swear he was on Pulp and Bowers was Co-host and Bowers and thought it was funny Matthes said what Jace was doing was above Bowers level.

Edit: Now that I read your post over, Jace was leading, points reset faith won. I understand what you meant.

Probably, but why I think Chase is a good idea. I mean Jace beat the shit out of everyone but it made for a great last 6 rounds or so when it reset and everyone was back in it. Blose, Faith, Owens, the other dude.

I have mixed feelings about the chase... I can help but be pissed that Owen didn't win after being the best guy over the entire season, and also feel like in my opinion puts an asterisk on Gavin's. Then again, they all knew the rules coming in so it's totally fair.

Idk it's probably just new and I'll get used to it and love it, but it seems to me like playoffs work good for team sports and not for motorsports.

The chase isn't fair to the racers but that's not the promoters goal. The promoters goal is to make it more interesting which draws in more revenue. Those are competing objectives.
