I was looking to purchase some vintage replica gear and tee's but the website is down. Saw a couple of reviews from the last month or two where the guys sent money and never got their stuff. Anyone know the backstory? I do remember a guy here on vital selling some vintage jerseys that looked really cool and people were really happy with the quality, but that degenerated into a giant $hitstorm over copyright law...
I am aware of reignvmx but looking for more options. Thx.

Tried the number listed for them and got now answer or answering machine.

Saw this on their eBay site:

Thanks for viewing our listing. We are currently out doing the vintage motorcycle swap meet thing so orders placed now will not be shipped out until the end of August. If you need anything else, feel free to message us.
Thank you again.

Hey Planet - does GGP do the Honda pants like Metro has, or only the jerseys? So far I have been unable to find anyone else even close to the old Honda riding pants. I tried to have a pair custom made by Canvas MX, but they turned out disastrous. (I'll dig out a pic if anyone's interested)

I'd be interested to see what you got. I was contemplating doing the same, but the cost is pretty high to take a chance on not getting what you want. Also, any website for this GGP place?

That's a bummer. Seems like it wouldn't be so hard to do? I was looking at their site too for some simple designs like the old JT blue w/ yellow stripe or the old ABH colors like Decoster used to wear. +2 on the pic if you can find it!

OK guys - first the original for comparison: Hondaline MX pants circa 78-80 (somewhere in there):

Now the Metro pants. Not crazy about the black stripe and black in the knee area. I think I can remove the "Metro" from the rear of the pant. Overall not great, but pretty much all we got for new Honda pants right now:

Now the Canvas MX pants. Michael Leib is a nice guy, and I believe he genuinely tried to do the best he could. The problem lies in the way the panels are laid out - all curved, not straight like the old vintage patterns were. It's pretty much next to impossible for them to coordinate 5-6 different panels and have them all come out straight, with the letters all matching up. Here's what I got:

I appreciate them trying. My real complaint is even after all the pics I sent them, they didn't get it right, and I wish they would have just told me so, and sent me a pic showing the best they could do. I would have immediately cancelled the order. Instead, I paid about $375 (including shipping to Hawaii), and basically got a bad surprise when I opened the box.

I will never wear these pants (other than the one time I took this pic). Anybody interested??

I am giving them another chance, with a much simpler design.

I just picked up a 2017 Husky FC350. It's at Dan Crower's shop right now getting motor work. I am going in a totally different directions with the graphics - no yellow or blue at all. I'm keeping some modern styling, but doing a very retro/vintage inspired theme. I think some of you older guys will dig it. To go along with the vintage inspired graphics (Jared at Elusive is working on them now), I'm having Canvas MX do this gear set for me. It's pretty accurate, except it will have Husqvarna down both sleeves. I would have liked to have Husqvarna down the sides of both pant legs too, But after the fiasco with the Honda pants, I kept it simple. I know the rear view of the pants looks funny - kinda looks like MC Hammer's parachute pants. Hopefully I won't be riding around the track yelling out: "Stop - Hammertime!" LOL
