i dont have much knowledge in this sport and im pretty new
but i saw a videos of him in the HONDA and he is one of talented racers i saw
between the top riders
and this season i barely see him
am i the only guy who think he was way better on his HONDA CRF 450?
You seem to also be the only guy disregarding the three consecutive injuries Trey suffered. The fact that he is still racing is remarkable. I'm anxious to see how he does this year in MX. I'm afraid those injuries have dulled his edge a bit.
It is possible to have too much heart and trey suffers from this. He goes out there regardless of circumstance and gives is all he has. This usually results in a crash and another setback.
Man his career has been something else. Every time you thought he'd get back to being a top guy like 2011, something happened. He finished the 2104 MX season strong and got a win or two in the 2015 SX season before he and Weimer got together and ended his season. I think he'd have been a serious threat for the MX Championship in 2015 if not for that.
As stated I don't think he's been near the top of his game this year, and it seems like it could likely be his last the way things are trending.
Does anyone else think that Jimmy Albertson's injury had something to do with Trey pulling out of SX?
He just always strikes me as a guy that likes to ride beyond his own abilities. Every time I see him race he has some really close calls. That and some poor race decision making has caused his career to be filled with injuries. He seems to start riding a bit frantically when someone passes him. Maybe I'm crazy though.

I wonder if he'll hang up the boots after the season.
