Finally got a good ride in and to enjoy some of the new parts I have added! The bike works fucking fantastic!!!
When I left the house


2 hours later in the desert. Dirt brownies all day!! No dust!

Got bored today and reinstalled the stock shrouds...Kinda torn but the stock shrouds look better for sure...

agree.sweet ride. maybe something on the fork guards? keeping the top clean.

Are you going to put a bigger tank on it? Did you soften the suspension? Awesome bike.

Actually no. I get about 55 miles of tight single with out running out and really don't mind carrying fuel. Never been a fan of the big tank, most of my races I can make it with a stock tank.
The suspension is set up for off road so it's softer than MX

So, not to de-rail your thread, but I recently bought a new '15 FC450. Are the '17 style front fenders compatible with the '15? Isn't that what you are running for this build?

I started with the '17 husky front fender, then had to purchase the husky '17 front number plate due to the '15 plate not working (didn't like) and settled on the '17 KTM front number plate. Which IMO is the best looking front end!

I was very close to using them if so..
Forgot the Sherco's are running WP so that would be an easy add on.
The '17 stadium plate will look awesome IMO.

It's a KTM/Husky hard part. I purchased the polisport first, was not near the quality, broke off the first crash and was twice as much. So hard parts from now on

Awesome build. Are those Yosh axle blocks for a CRF450 and do they fit right into the Husky swing arm? I've seen a couple people do this mod and I am wondering what advantages are gained by running the Honda axle set up?

Yes they are Yoshimura axle blocks for a CRF450, as far as I know they fit because I copied it from MOTO120's build and that's what he is using/installed.
I installed for the ease of chain adjustment and the blocks looks awesome! I believe if you are Factory KTM/Husky speed than you notice the improvement of it "freeing up" the suspension. Ryan Dungy I believe helped develop it but that could be forum BS.

They are Polisport for a 2015 KTM 350 SXF. Unfortunately they cover the same amount of the fork as the stock ones. I just thought the white looked better is why I upgraded.

I should read fine print better. The CRF axle and block only works on 16+ Husky's...
The axle is just too big, so the early year Huskys have smaller axles. The axles are the same length, the pic skews the photo.
