Anyone Race last weekend?

I raced a GP last weekend...(If you are curious, a GP is basically a WORC race...short desert loop with the moto track)...I haven't been on a moto track in years...and I missed the Friday practice, the I was seeing the track for the first time in the race...

Anyway, this video is the start and the first loop of the race. I ended up Team racing it with my youngest Brother who just purchased a bike and wants to get into racing (just doing my part to grow the sport...lol). I raced a loop, my brother raced a loop (we each raced two loops). We ended up 4th Team B...results weren't important, I just wanted to have some fun and introduce my brother to the sport.

Anyway...I know its way late in the week, I just haven't had time to get this posted. But I'd love to hear any other results or see helmet cams from other races...

Dude every other day I feel so inclined of moving to Utah. Where I live there are no trails and the closest MX track is 2:30 hours away. I'm visiting Utah in Nov and I'm curious to see how much I like it. Race looks fun

I raced Sunday for the first time this year. Track was Iron City Raceway in Blacksburg SC. I've only ridden about 4 days total coming in (one of those being trail riding) but I wanted to bang some bars. I'm slow as shit now...getting older I don't have it in me to take the chances I used to take.

I raced +25 C/D...I was the only rider in that class, they put me on the gate with the Unlimited C/D, which was all C riders. I managed to beat one of them but I got really gassed at the end of the moto. I honestly feel fast for a solid lap but start fading. Oh well, I came home safe and I don't know if I can ask for much more than that.

On a side note I don't have any friends at the track anymore, made for a long boring day. I think I'm going to go back to night track racing. Seems like it gets over with quicker.

Yeah first sidecarcross race of the year last Sunday, broken key on the flywheel in qualifying meant we went to the start 36th of 36.... Turned it into a 25th and 23rd in our races, had to fight through the dust, rocks and competition.... Tough but awesome day.

I raced the first round of the Enduro of the Atlantic. 9 races in different tracks, all sand tracks. 1:15hs of race time on destroyed paths.
Ended on 13th position of 113 bikes. Good start for the championship

I raced my first race of the year in what would be similar to a state championship in the states. It was an Enduro race and finished 16 in my class out of 40 something. Was a nice weekend
