Bike started off as a bike that one of my friends abandoned in my barn about 5 years ago. Was blown up and scavenged for parts.
I took it down to each individual nut and bolt and rebuilt. Whenever necessary new OEM bolts were used to bring the bike back from the dead.
Engine: New OEM crank, piston, cylinder, clutch, bearings, gaskets and water pump. brand new EBAY radiators ( not sure if they will survive...)
Power: FMF factory pipe, Vforce reeds, FMF silencer
Body: new polisport plastics, FLU designs graphics,
Drive: Protaper bars, grips, sprockets, DID gold Chain,
Suspension: New bushings, seals, Springs for my weight. Oil change- Cause steve matthes said to.
Misc: all new wear parts. Bearings, rubber pieces, seals, bushings, ect.
Overall it was a fun project and I am glad to save another 2 smoke.
