I do racerx virtual trainer. $20 a month but it's easy to use and there is a program for everyone from pro to weekend warrior. I've been working out regularly for the last 15 years and it works for me. I like not having to come up with a workout daily and that it's structured with the goal of being more fit for riding so it has exercises that help on the bike. Also the workouts are gym/weight based or TRX band based and if you have a bicycle, rower and a place to run the cardio is taken care of. So for the cost of a case of beer a month it's worked out well for me.
Try them both and see which works best for you. At VT our first month is always free so there is no risk for giving it a try. Good luck with whichever program you chose. And remember this.....the best workout/program is the one that you will actually do!

I have been doing racerxvt amateur racer program 2 for almost 3 years now and it's crazy how much better my fitness is than before. Training has become big part of my life since i started this program, couldn't live without it anymore. One very happy customer right here!

What kind of stuff do you guys have as far as workouts? I have injuries to my foot that don't allow me to put any pressure on my toes or metatarsals. I can't do things like push ups or calf raises. Would a lot of the work outs not apply to me?
