KTM Battery upgrades?

I searched for awhile and found older posts, but nothing real current. Raced a COLD arenacross this past weekend and both days my bike wouldn't start. Battery drained very quickly. Had heaters on each side of the bike and a tender on the battery. That was my bike coming out of a heated garage and in a cold trailer for about 2.5 hours. Had one guy tell me he purchased a gel batter that had more amps so it cranked harder...and another guy tell me there is a dual battery kit. Any suggestions as to what I may look into? 2016 KTM 350sxf. Thanks for any info!!

This is the upgrade for your KTM or Husqvarna. The battery has a 2 year warranty and I would recommend getting a Lithium Battery Charger. I know a couple guys that have used regular chargers on other brand Lithium batteries and this resulted in a burned down charge and another in a trailer fire.

Yup, I switched over to the WPS featherlight as soon as they had one that fit my 15 FE450. Best $90 you'll ever spend. It gives you more cold cranking amps and it isn't cold blooded like the stock POS battery is.
