What are a'll of the shiny pieces in exhaust pipe? I can't feel it when I run my finger on that but I get hem on my finger. Not used to what a 4 stroke should look like

Really? It almost looks like sandblast sand and it appears to only be back where it connects to the muffler. Could it be the packing? Piston didn't seem to show any signs

the last time I saw flakes coming from the exhaust was 5 min before it blew a hole in the cases going over a double.

time to tear it down.

I would check the air filter. There may be a tear or a place where it is not sealing and thus allowing dirt, sand and trash enter the engine. Also check the intake boot for trash. I would also change the oil and filter to see if there is anything there. I would cut the filter apart and have a good look at it also. If you see any of the flakes in the oil system then you may have a problem.
If nothing there, then you will have piece of mind and you can just ride and have fun.
