Got a race this Sunday and the forecast high is like 31.... I know that isn't cold for some but it is for me... What gloves do you guys recommend? I used to wear latex gloves under normal gloves but my hands sweat too much for that because it's a two hour race

Ya they do, and mx gloves are great for snowmobiling too. My hands get warm very easily and I wore mx gloves in the snow on all except the coldest (low single digits) days. I never use the heat, either.

I'm in the uk so don't get temperatures as cold as some of you guys but I find the 100% brisker gloves keep my hands warm without being to big and bulky. We run handguards as well, I find this makes a big difference.

I am a BITCH when it comes to the cold so I need the warmest ones possible. Those Novik look cool. Also gonna check out the FXR gloves.....how thick are the 100% brisker gloves?

Latex gloves under your normal pair should do the trick. And for a reasonable price. Latex traps body heat in the glove.

The Novik gloves are very rideable, I'm not sure how anyone can ride in some of the gloves that are super thick

The Brisker's are good for moderately cold temps, but they're not all that thick. I have a pair I use for colder days, but I'd say below 45-50 degrees and you might want something thicker. It's a single layer palm which is great for feel, but it's really not all that warm when you get into temps like you're talking. They're also not waterproof, so they will soak and become cold if they get wet.

Warm and you can still feel your controls.

Leatt do some different gloves that work well in the cold. They have a windbreaker one which I imagine is brilliant, I have the next one down warmth wise with the protection over the fingers and knuckles. Although not designed as a cold weather globe they seem to be working well for me on my last 2 rides. Working really well actually. Not big and bulky at all and really comfortable.

Handguards to block some of the wind. Makes a big difference in the cold. Even at a cold indoor track i wont ride without them.
