Definitely NOT NEW, he rebuilt everything. Bikes completely rebuilt on CL can't be trusted, and you don't know if he did it right

I would say based on his ad, the chances are greater this bike was correctly built as opposed to some bikes I have seen on CL.

The detail of his ad is so much more confidence inspiring then those that have only one sentence "all new engine".
