You guys think there will be a run on ammo like 2012? Back then .380 and .22 were gone off the radar for some time.
Im not a hoarder, but have been needing to restock my ammo-safe after a summer of shooting at the range, so figured Id go ahead get what I was already gonna get anyway. (my boy is getting his 5.56, 7.62 & .308 stuff today also)

I am still searching for 218 Bee rounds for the Model 43 Winchester my Grandfather gave me 30 years ago. It's a great groundhog gun but finding ammo is nearly impossible. Apparently Winchester only makes batches every so often. And, it is really $pendy to buy when you can find it.
I'm stocked pretty deep on all the calibers I need for future fun so lately I've been focusing on higher quality match grade ammo myself.

Can ammo go bad? Does it have a shelf life ?
I guess they weren't able to cram thru all the legislation they wanted in July so they put it on the ballot. Will need a $50 permit and 30 day background ck to get on a list to buy ammo. Can't loan or store a weapon with someone without filing paperwork. Can't buy ammo out of state and bring it back. Magazine restrictions aND a bunch of other stuff. Who can keep track of all this shit on top of what we got. I guess that's the point is to make it to complicated and cost prohibitive to be in compliance.
I have .30-30 ammo from the mid 50's I'm still working through. My grandad couldn't pass up a good deal on ammo lol.
