And here I was this morning painting address numbers on the driveway curb so the tenant could be served eviction papers. She probably won't be having a good day.

Off topic, in NY it's impossible to evict a tenant who receive Public Assistance. So a former coworker who had rental property would go and take all outside doors off and told occupants he's having them panted. IN a bad part of town ,Tennant was gone before dark. Grinning

That's called heaven ! We're fixing to get alot of it this year , the lake temperatures are still in the 60s here, one good cold front from up north and we could get another 7+ foot snowstorm.

This was the mosnster storm from 2 years ago , Lake effect storms are crazy intense and always have those sharp cut off lines . That storm dumped 7 feet in the city ,a mile north and you could still cut your lawn.

I'm jealous of the guys that get to ride sleds all winter long. One of my favorite weekends is spending with my buddies riding in the sand dunes. Similar, but not quite the same I'm sure.

Looking nice Kongels. After a few years of Prague and Krakow I was pushing for Riga or St. Petersburg for our pre-Christmas long weekend, so the wife goes and books Seville in Spain. No snow for me this time then.

I watched that storm roll by Cleveland on Lake Erie driving to work. Was literally a vertical wall of white directly off route 90 in Cleveland. The guy I carpool with said holy shit thank god that isn't turning south. Low and behold New York just got pounded.

With cooler temps comes cold weather that freezes lakes that allows me and my son to go ice fishing. Can't wait!
Mr. X I'm with Georgie I live somewhere between you two and I remember that storm rolling right past us and blasting Buffalo.

i'm not much of a drinker but I do enjoy watching my son pull fish through the ice. I do have a few buddies that need help getting of the ice after a day of drinking... er, I mean fishing. Nothing better than watching your buzzed up friends falling, slipping and bumbling to get off the ice.
