I loved the fox f3's until they phased them out. $180-200 a set on sale was awesome. Only issue with them was I wore out the left sole of each sooo fast.

Bought 2 new sets of instincts cheep 2 years ago. Still on the first pair. They are holding up good, but I am riding a little less.

As a note for anyone buying instincts... They do run small for the size. 12 in the F3 definitely mean 13 in the instinct.

Always 2 pairs in good condition. Tech 10s at the moment.

But the older pair is getting pretty worn out so i will get a new pair for next season.

I really don't see how anyone can make it with only one pair unless you always ride in dry or perfect conditions.

I know I going to be called a weird freak or something like that I am sorry to have offended anyone.I live a normal life, So what do you guys who are so weird ed out suggest? Do I go spend thousands of dollars on a therapist and have them "fix" me? Because I am sure that will work, I would rather just buy more boots with the $ I save haha.

It would be funny to hear someone on here say something like "Come ride at my track, I'll get some of my buddies together and we will show you our boots, and once we are done you will NEVER want to see another pair of MX boots again" LOL. Ok I'll go back under my rock and hide now.

I literally have 14 different pair of boots going from tech 10s to gerne to sidi to oneal ( got it at christmas from a family member never worn them lol) to new fly boots to fox instinct. But still what i wear 95% of the time are my two pair tech6s just feel at home with those two.

I wish I could afford more than one pair at a time. I rode my last pair of Techs until I felt a cold wind on my heels... wouldn't you know the heels fell apart. Now I have Fox comp 8's. Good boot so far.

About Chad Reed celebration of drinking from his boot post floating on the fourm I must ask? So if his boots were for sale on here or E-bay him having signed them for authenticity I am sure the price tag would be pretty hefty. Why is that I am sure whoever were to buy them would just keep them around as a "Trophy" to look at and never wear them....

What's the difference between that or me saying I would love in to be hanging out with buddies after a ride still in gear. (in secret in my mind) I would SO love for one to be like "So you like boots well "how about you take a closer look at mine" and come over and put their boot in my face and it goes a bit from there, I know this is crazy and I never tell any of my friends this because of what responses I might get, I am sure are some good ones to come next on here LOL

It would be cool to get some responses from others on here who are "OK" with it LOL but let the WTF? and flaming of me begin again haha I can take it I even find it sorta amusing hence I keep bringing this post back to life haha.
