Where did he go? During MX (yeah I know there's a difference between MX and SX) he was hanging with Villipoto or leading a couple times. I guess I missed something, but someone please explain.

I think you are refering to Ben Townley, Coops has not raced against RV outdoors.
Cody injured his knee (I think) at Phoenix and didn't line up at A2. Look for him in the outdoors where he is much more comfortable.

Wish JGR would have let coop cut his sx teeth in the lites class.
He will be a FORCE outside, if he survives 17 rounds of premier sx.

Early Sunday morning two weeks ago, i saw Cody Cooper limping around my hotel

Hope he heals up for outdoors, dude is amazing motocrosser...

Well, sx is indoors, and much tighter and way easier for the spectators

MX is outdoors, much wider corners, and spectators don't really get to see the whole track

The point BM255 was making is that Cooper rides MX1....the big bike class and Villopoto rode MX2...the Lites class...So they never raced each other last year.
BTW, your keen observation of the difference between MX and SX was enlightening...pass the crayons when you are done.

Like Mike alessi at Suzuki, JGR should probably sit Cody Cooper during the supercross season and keep them healthy. They are way better outdoor riders than supercross. I just don't think there's anything to be gained by letting them ride indoor. Maybe outdoor only contracts ? Make's perfect sense to me. I'm totally surprised that Roger has'nt sat Alessi from supercross before he break's his flippin' neck. Great outdoor rider, spooky indoor rider [rides way over his head]. As for Cooper, he's just not quite ready, turn 'em loose outdoor on that trick YZF......... healthy that is.
