Doping what does that mean?

James Stewart took a Medicine called "Adderall" that is strict forbidden as a Amphetamine in Europe.

I have a great Respect for the USA and the US Riders but often i think they have something in the Blood really.

Adderall is a legal prescription drug in the US and even legal to use in the AMA so long as you fill out the necessary paper work.
