Is anyone else having problems logging on to MXGP-TV? I have missed the last three GPs as I am unable to login and I cannot get any help from these guys!!! I have tried to reset my password and this isn't working and like I said, I have e-mailed them several times and the only response I received was my acount is OK and I should just login.

FRUSTRATED AS HELL!!!

They don't process Duetchemarks or Rubles (spelling may be off since I didn't look it up and I'm a product of Florida education)

When I make a purchase. I do believe it takes you to a login screen. X that out, start over on the main site, log out and log back in and see if you are able to view your purchase.

This has happened to me a few times, that initial login screen after a purchase has a glitch or something. After i'm logged in, the service has been awesome on my end.

I'm able to login. The username is your email address, and the password is case sensitive.

Agreed 100%. I had to logout, then log back in before I could access the content.

Thanks! I have been a subscriber to MXGP-TV for over two years and have been watching for over two years. I had a problem like this late last year and en e-mail resulted in a quick response from them and they fixed the problem (it was on their end).

Right now I am logged out and so I put in my username and password and I am told the username and password is invalid. So then I click on the "forgot your password" and they say I will receive an e-mail. I never receive an e-mail.

Then I click on "Contact Us" and I state that I am having problems but no one responds. Like I said, this has been going on for several weeks but can;t get these guys to help!!

I'm trying to get ready for the MXoN and right now I'm in a panic as it looks like I'm screwed!!

Ok, so the emails aren't going through. Make sure to check the Junk E-mail, or spam folders.
If you're using gmail, the email may end up in the Social or Promotions tabs.
(or it could be on their end of course)

Did you receive a receipt email?

Thanks and yes... checked my spam folder but no way to get an e-mail receipt as this is the MXGP-TV contact page and not a traditional e-mail. I'm using Yahoo and only have a spam folder. No filters are in place to block anyone.

Thanks! I have tried this and even resorted to posting in the comments of pictures to try to get someone's attention. Maybe everyone takes a break after the season is over but for right now I'm not getting any help or response.

I sent another e-mail today to "contact@youthstream-media.com" under my work e-mail thinking that somehow my personal e-mail is being blocked. Hoping I might get some help soon!

Thanks for asking. I was able to get this resolved on Thursday! I finally did get a response by e-mail and they were able to reset my account. Again they said everything was OK but I could not login. I asked them to reset my password and it took them a day to do this. I again tried to login with the new password and it didn't work. They said they checked and it was working for them and I logged in again and now it works. So again thanks for asking and was able to watch all of the qualifying this morning!! I'm thinking we needed to send three sets of training wheels for our guys! :-)

How do I watch the replays of the qualifying races? I bought the two day pass and when I try to watch the replays it says premium content needs to be unlocked. Is it something up with MXGP-TV or am i just able to watch the races live?
