I emailed you this morning. No reply yet. My tracking number was created last Wednesday but hasn't had the first update so that's why I asked these guys.

Any idea why it hasn't updated the first time?

I think you need to work on the shipping there, and while we are at it, and if the above succeed, I want to buy the knee braces, oakley, two fox goggles, MSR blue gear, Fox orange/red gear. Only issue is that I'm in Sweden, but I'll pay for shipping if USPS is being used. Only problem is that you have to put the stuff in a box, and use the USPS calculator via their homepage to give me a total...

Im not into public bashing but Im agitated. My stuff has not been shipped. A label was created on the 6th but my post office says that was it. Ive contacted Bill and he said that he was going to check on it but Ive not heard a thing back from him and now After 2 further attempts to email him, he will not reply.

Dude, I replied to your email yesterday and got another email from you early this morning. It's 8:30am and my first priority is to get dressed and go to work. I'll address your concerns today when I'm able to.

Well, when there is a discrepancy which we obviously have, communication is key and 20 hours in between emails Is a little long. Especially when the payer is in the dark. Which I am. Its the sellers job to let the buyer know whats going on which you did when you provided a tracking number but when that number sits idle waiting for the seller to take the goods to ship for 7 days its kind of throws up some red flags on the buyers end right?

So now we are at 7 days after payment was sent and 3 hours after your last response here on vital and I STILL have no idea whats going on.

All you need to do is let me know what the deal is. If thats not fair to ask, nothing is. If you dont want to fool with it, just refund me my $90

I finally got my shipment today. Paid on the 5th I think. My goggles had no lens so I guess I'll pony up another $15 for one. I was going to try to pick up another set up gear from him but I think I'll just pass.

Got my knee braces today I paid the guy for the 150 buck set but by the looks of it I got the ones for 125 they looked a lil more beat up than the others but oh wee whatever still a fair deal I suppose live and learn

Just looking at the picture I see some goggles don't have lenses. Isn't the gear used? Wouldn't you want a new lens anyways? As for the shipping time, CA to NC if its shipped the basic shipping I would think it could take atleast 8 business days shipping, maybe more.
