Kx 125 '96 rebuild

I'm sorry but i don't have any pic of the bike when i was buy. But it was bad painted whith similar original colours over the all black plastics. Triple clamps, ignition cover, some bolts and another parts was painted in white like the number plates, and the frame was painted in the same dark green like the another plastics.

The fork seals and the shock are in bad condition, the swingarm bearings too, like all the another bearings and seals of the bike. Chain and sprocket are bad too, and the engine cases don't match at the cilynder base and loose the coolant there. This is the reason to wait to rebuild the bike, and wait for a complete rebuild.

I was collect all the parts for this years. Some originals parts, aftermarket, or second hand parts in good condition buy here in Spain or ebay to complete the bike.

At the first time i would to do a 97 or 98 pro circuit style, but it's very difficult to do, and i was found a 95 seat cover at ebay and i was ordered the blue rear plastics, but the graphic kit it's not easy to find too, and finally the bike don't have any style...

I started removing the paint of the frame with sand paper, and paint whith epoxy primer and 2k ral green spray, isn't the best result but it's very good for the price.

I was buy another complete engine, in good condition, and put a new prox piston, clean the exhaust valve, and mount a new cluth whith hinson basket and prox hub and presure plate, and pro circuit ignition cover.

The swingarm with all new bearings, painted with silver spray, and new chain guides and decals. Here in the bike with a very good condition ebay shock...

Rear wheel mounted with new spokes, bearings and seals, new renthal sprocket and galfer wave disc. New bolts and axle blocks, caliper repair kit and galfer brake line. Old Ims footpegs with new pins and springs, and the rear master cilinder with new repair kit too. Pro circuit platinum pipe and aluminium radiators with silicone green hoses.
Subframe and airbox mounted with twin air filter...

Last details, old renthal handlebar and cloth bar pad. And the most dificult... Try a dress...

And now, waiting to know what to do with it...

Finally at the moment, blue rear fender and number plates, mxa pc rep seat cover, tecnosel graphic shroud whitn the purple part cutted to match with the seat cover ( a little ) and 05 front fender....
