Tremco Vulkem 116, you can get it at homedepot. It doesn't get hard and chalky or turn yellow like all the other stuff. It stays flexible, and sticks to anything, a must on an RV because it moves down the road. We use this seal around new windows/doors in houses. Don't get it on your hands its hard to get off.
I bought some Eternabond tape for some of my seals around Ac's and skylights and front cap seam. Not sure if I'll use it but a lot of other people seem to have good luck with it. Supposed to last like 15 years or something
Okay thanks guys. I plan to do some shopping tomorrow as bad as I hate to. I will see what they have in stock and may buy a few small amounts of different sealer and see what I like. I am not in a hurry cause it is under a carport but winter is going to show up soon and I can't take the carport with me.
