My old phone like that was way better at the phone part than any of these junkers today.

That's because we had 3 watt transmitters parked next to our gray matter. Phones today are way less powerful than my Motorola brick phone in 1985.

Got my first radio telephone in 1981 until cellular network arrived in Ohio in 85.

You are thinking of the Nokia bag phones. The Motorola brick phones were way better

I looked at the possibility of going to work there, but SF costs and relocating from the UK killed it. The guy who got the job is on another forum im on,its a cool place to work, and they seem to be getting good people involved, so I wish them well.

We want to try the SM version, but I don't think it will be fast enough , as they are working on AMA parity with a 250F

The convo I had yesterday , I reckon more of these will be sold to ride where you cant on anything else. rather than racing regular stuff IMO

I think electric is good for the "non core" fan

If the cost comes down and the battery is decent, I'll be all over it. Most people seem to look down their nose at the electric frontier, but I'm excited about it. Just not $15K excited

This is the future for transport, don't know about racing. Horses haven't been the transport of choice for quite a bit and they still race them. I cant wait for the day I can show up at the track on my Tesla minivan.
