I'm looking for an old new Cycra clear vented number plate for 96/99 KX 125/250/500 (P/N 1220-02) like you see on the picture.

Yeah they are worth it. Can't find them any where any more. Every now and then they pop up. I see em for yz all the time, but Kx not often at all. it's pretty much name your price these days on any of the PC Splitfire stuff. If someone wants it bad enough they will pay for it.

Ufo makes one, but it's white and slightly different. I bought one new for $50.

Langhammx this plate is a little expensive, but it's very rare and I understand CrGuy2T.

Have you already seen it ? Do you know if the color is very flo green ?

The flo green does not match the UFO or acerbis flo green.

I think I'll buy a UFO front number plate 96/02 and I'll make the modification with a small piece of grid to have a vented plate. And the green will be the same as the UFO front fender Smile

UFO makes a vented plate for those years. Granted, not as nice as the works plate, but about three times less money.

I have a new one but I'm not sure if I'm willing to sell it. These parts are so hard to find that it's hard to let them go even if you're not using them at the moment. I don't think that langhammx's price on eBay is bad.

That's not mine, I was just posting the link that Robert had mentioned. All that KHI/ WORKS stuff is too rich for my blood. Lol I don't have much knowledge about Amy of it, but I can guarantee that Robert does. Cool

I actually have what I assume is a KTM front plate that I bought with some other parts. It's new, but I didn't realize they were all bike specific when I originally posted.

I have pretty much moved on from the Kx/Khi stuff. Yes it's very expensive. Recommendation of you find what your looking for just buy it. If not you will regret it later. Went through it time and time until I finally realized I needed to bite the bullet and just buy what I needed the first time. The stuff is only going to go up in price. I've tried to modify parts and put the wrong ones on. At the end it became another waste of time and money because it was not correct.

Yes Shawn that is a KTM plate that is with the batch of stuff I sold you. Rob bought my last KX plate a while back.

Are the front number plates universal? I bought one for a YZ 125 and it looks exactly like the ones that were on the pro circuit bikes. I don't have a kx125 yet but I'm hoping that it will fit.

Similar but not the same...Have a look at the bottom where it meets the fender. THe kx one scoops further down to match the mudguard shape

It's similar as Chuck said. Here is a PC bike a did a slight restore on. It has a yz front plate. It works but not correct and I had to build a bracket for the number plate hole. The Kx one has a much better fitment. I did this as a temporary solution. If you find one just get it new or used and you will be happy.

Cool, thanks guys. The YZ one was on eBay forever and I just eventually talked myself into it because it looked so similar. I found a used one on Craigslist that is actually for a kx125. It was $10. I'm just waiting for the lady to get back to her house so she can get it to me.
