Finally have the matching rear caliper carrier to work with the Khi hubs and 240mm brake rotor. This was probably the hardest part to make work. Thought I would get some Khi hubs , disc and just put it together. I was totally wrong. It was a puzzle, but it's working now.

One of the following statements is untrue:

"The sun rises in the east."
"If it can't be fixed with a hammer, it's an electrical problem."
"Kickass build you got going on there!"
"I build practice motors for Ryan Villopoto and KHI."

LOL Looking good amigo

Looks seriously trick! Love it
Thanks. I need to send the pipe out to have it fixed along with the subframe needs some welding. Once I get those to things don't it should be down hill from there. It just takes so much time and energy building these things.

You don't need to tell me! They're seriously a labour of love, and always endless money pit. I think it always gets more expensive at the end, when you think you're close, but so many bits left to buy to get it finished off!

That's why I have taken it apart and put it back to get her a few time. To make sure I'm not missing much. Yes, it's the small little things in the end that get you like the swing arm plastic pieces that hold the brake line, rear brake pedal spring. All those little things add up fast. Bearings are very expensive.

Is that stand new? Looks like it'd be nice for a frame up build.

Pit Posse got it on eBay for 159.99. Originally I ordered the one with wheels. It really does work good. Only good for the garage though. It's really heavy and awkward.

Would it possibly be Nick Wey's? That NYK on the wheels is how he would spell his name as a joke.

It's really hard to to tell. Yeah the wheels were Nick's at one time. I spoke with an ex PC mechanic for quite a while about the bike. They take the expensive wheels off and put wheels with stock hubs along with suspension. The odd thing is these frames didn't get sold to the public just the practice bikes did. I have been doing a little bit to the bike here and there. I'm not in a big rush. I still need to send the pipe out, get the brakes cleaned along with installing them, and I finally ordered all the small pieces that were missing. I'm honestly losing Intrest in the bike. The hard part of getting all the parts is done and that was satisfaction to me. Here is a current picture as of last night working on it in the garage.

Cleaned and straightened the radiators the best I could and installed them. I could have gotten new ones and had them seal welded, but I'm trying to keep as many original pieces as I can. No matter what it's still a used 99 bike. I personally think it keeps the history and nostalgia of the bike going.

Impressive! I totally agree on that Rob. There is nothing wrong with a little ding and a scratch here and there. The overall package looks even more genuine. A well preserved pc 125 bike from 99. Amazing work there!

Installed the Pv cover. Pretty much had to pull the motor to get it on. It was worth it though.

Picked this bike up today after laying my eyes on it over a year ago from a friend. The bike is to be known as one of Scott Sheak's but there are no definites as to who's it was. This bike has lots of different things different than my 02. Lots of tabs, gussets welded in, a few different stamps. I found a few pieces of Ti left on it banjo bolts. Here are a few pics it will be a while before I get to this but I figured I would share it with yall and some of the parts I have for it. Some friends helped me source parts and traded parts to beable to make this put together as it is. I'm not sure which route I will go on the build. The powder coating is very poor. My graphics and stuff are fair so I probably will get a nice set of used wheels and re powder coat the frame along with wore brushing everything else. I am looking for a KYB two piece shock body.

I had some jackets, jersey, and a pit shirt. I'm not much on memorabilia. There is a helmet on eBay but no visor. That stuff gets so expensive I rather put the money into the bikes.
