Ran into him at Ace MX last Friday night. Lou and Wife are getting back on the bikes and starting riding again....good for them. It's a shame they took that much time away from MX - for whatever reason. I told him to get his ass back on MD...but it is not likely....I bet he is reading this though....
Saw tons of friends from Bithlo out there (Steve47 - MD guy - for one)......well 6 or 7, not counting Lou's family. Really, lot's of hugs and back slaps.
Still doing the lawsuit thing with RC16. IN MY OPINION - It seems there is a word that is not acceptable (by court language experts - no shit) in the disclaimer.....or that's what the argument is all about. I guess it's what "is" is. Fucking Clinton.
6 years later and Rich Cain is still at it.
As I told Lou; Please put my (now 13 year old - then 7 and still knew not to jump stuff he couldn't do) stepson on the stand and he can tell the judge the whole deal of MX riding and risk.
What he (Lou) said to me beyond this post - I'm sure I can't recall.

Wishing that the lawsuit would fail..

Was good to see you out there, been a long time...
I was great to see Lou and his wife again for sure, good people. I'm glad they are enjoying the sport again and that whole lawsuit mess didn't completly kill it for them.
I had a blast at Ace friday night and I'll be back for more!
I saw him at his B-day party on Saturday
also saw Hoppy, Steve47 and Hammer
Motoimpaired has a Mustang drag car now
Glad to hear Lou and family are still out and about. I really enjoyed riding at Bithlo when they were there. It wasn't the same after they left. Great people!
I have to confess, I miss those days. Alof of me parking the big bike was due to the changes and not having the same old crowd out riding. I just sold my Pitbike (Pitster X4R) and also got back into cars. Tell Brett my daily driven 03 Cobra just laid down a 10.82 at 129mph at Bithlo.
What's Ace been up to? I heard it was turning towards a big bike track?
Pro Stock was in the 9's...my family drag car was in the late 11's. 66 Chevelle.
I have a couple of 69 Camaros in the family right now that race each weekend...not there...Panama City.
P.S. Not to get off topic.....RC16 sucks.
[quote:1ckgpjot]Lou and a bike is a recipe for more broken bones. He'll have the most blinged out bike for sure. Then he'll do the biggest flying W. "No doubles no troubles" should be on his bar pad.[/quote:1ckgpjot]
He still dreams of lining up at LL's.
RC16 is the anti-Moto
I grew up near Norwalk Ohio and spent alot of time there with my dad. He has been an IHRA guy his whole life and currently races Top dragster class with my brother who also races that and super comp. I got to drive his dragster recently at Bradenton for the 10k/day race that goes on every year. The car runs 7.30's at 190 all motor and 6.70's on nitrous. I only ran the 1/8th which was 4.65's at 149.
Here's vid of a time run from Bradenton:

I am planning to build a bracket car to eventually race the Bithlo series. This Cobra is a blast but, with a 6 speed and blower, it's not a bracket car.
I didn't know you were into racing Tim.
Back on topic, RC16 is a.............
Todd: You are so wrong. Lou rode Joe's kxf 250 last thursday night. He was flying and looked really good. He even jumped the 65' triple. I was shocked. Its almost like he has been training. He was way faster than he ever was and looked twice as good.
P.S. Not to get off topic.....RC16 sucks.

Has anyone seen that big idiot around in the last few years? Daytona maybe?
Worm told me a story about that moron when he came to California for a Supercross once that was just effing hilarious, but it wouldn't be polite to share it.
Can someone post a few of those "Cainfucanisms" again? I need a good laugh...
I torqued my family drag car stuff at 11 years old. Old style torque wrenches. Knew the difference between a 350 an 400 tranny. 10 and 12 bolt main. I learned how to check with Plastigage at 15 when rebuilding our engines. It was the only way I could check my crank clearances on our budget. That stuff sucks.
Smokey Ram.... Cool Box - Dry ice on the fuel lines.
Back on topic......
BTW - the Big Lug is into drag racing. Maybe he will chime in.
