A while back, the board compiled a list of suggestions for new posters. To avoid some of the more brutal newbie hazing, you may want to scan over the list. This list will be added to from time to time.

2. English is spoken (typed) on this board. Spelling, punctuation and all-around general intelligence are all appreciated.
[b:2iewq5to]3. If you sign up and immediately start spamming a product, service, or web site, you're likely to get heckled. Newbies also often catch some abuse. Refer to number 1 above. [/b:2iewq5to]
4. Don't feel the need to respond to every post that bashes your favorite rider. Some of those are just fishing lures, and you may feel the sting when the original poster sets the hook.
5. Post like you're sitting across a table from someone...or at least like you'll actually run into them one day. Chance are you might.
