Which 450 would be best?

There's nothing that comes close to the versatility of a 250 two stroke..They are excellent at every kind of riding you wanna do... The newer YZ250's are nearly perfect at everything...including being somewhat beginner friendly..

Also, there is the fact that 2 strokes are less expensive and easier to maintain.
Wrong..Two strokes are super easy to ride slow and lug around..trust me..when your lugging a two stroke.. you actually twist the throttle without the bike trying to leap out from underneath you...unlike a 450.. A 250 two stroke is magical in the tighter trails.. plus they hang with 450's in out rite acceleration.. I grew up on 250 two strokes and now ride a nicely modified 14 crf 450.. and I'm telling you straight..a 250 two stroke is a much better bike in the woods and trails and on hills..

heres my thoughts. im 5 11 and 195. the new kawi is pretty dang good and I don't even like them. especially after you change clamps they turn pretty good then. the Suzuki I think has the best motor but feels heavy to me and the front end is real twichy.stock suspension on the zuk sucks real bad, needs work for sure no matter who you are. the Honda I love but im a old c/b vet rider.and I love Hondas. no complaints haven't ridden the new yz but most guys I know who have had them sold them shortly afterwords for many reasons. the ktm is killer but I haven't rode one with worked over forks yet. just a 250 smoker which I liked

the cheapest brand new 450 is the best one you can get .if you can get a brand new 1 year old bike . KTM are good bike s but they are no way in hell 1000$ better than any bike . every stock bike is far too good for everyone as far as proformance goes . every year my friends buy a brand new KTM . each year they tell me they are at least 2 seconds a lap quicker a lap on this new bike . yet every year the finish exactly the same .unless your a very very good rider . you will not go quicker on any brand since 2010. it just goes down to which one suits you the most . ie the 10 yamaha might be the bike for you . yet everyone will tell you it was a pos .
