So, while working at a rather fun dealership, I get the opportunity so purchase a few nice gems. We had a customer come through who wanted to trade a 2004 KX 250 which automatically had my ears perked up. A 2004 KX 250 was the last two stroke I owned (I was 15 at the time) in 2004 so I was pretty pumped. $400 later, this is what came through.

I was super pumped! The bike, in pretty bad shape but fired up second kick. I immediately thought to cut the front fender, sticker it up, throw 69 on the plates, and just ride the hell out of it for our last ride of the year at my buddies track. Though, I brought my 2013 KX450 with me just in case. Hell, why not. Right?

My original plan was to restore the bike as it was, a 2004, with the Chevy Trucks graphics. Yesterday, a friend called in need of some money and is wanting to sell me his 2006 KX250F which is blown up. For another $400 (that I was not planning on) I now have the opportunity to build a 250AF.
So, overall, pretty jacked and am putting my 2014 KX450 build on hold to build this KX250. Any tips on converting would be awesome!
