Found this on Oklahoma craigslist. If it was a 05+ it would already be in my garage. Says 10 hours of use but it doesn't look like it has been ridden. http://tulsa.craigslist.org/mcy/5397659489.html

I bought that exact bike new in 04'. Sold it the next year for $5000, so not sure it is a very good deal at $4000!!!!

I can't stand when bikes like that pop up. Yes, it's technically worth $4k but it's only worth $1700 after a season of riding it. It's not collectible either, don't know why people think just because it's 10-11 years old and in mint condition it's "collectible".

I think a fair market value on something like this would be between $2500-3k. The seller gets more than what the market value is and the buyer doesn't get screwed for riding it.

But just dealing with these people is frustrating enough. They think they have a gold plated KX.
