After his last injury, didn't he say that he wasn't sure if he would continue to race in light of the constant injuries and seeming inability to stay healthy for any length of time? Whatever he decides, I hope that he recovers quickly and completely.

where is the point of him doing the gp's? I'd love to see it but they get hurt just as much as in the us. some of you guys have a strange logic Blink
maybe a couple years on a non factory team and some realistic goals can bring back some consistency back. weimer just showed us that it can work.

I'd like to see Deano do what Langston did. Move back down to the 250's for one year and hit the reset button. He could possibly be ready for outdoors, and last time we saw him on a 250 he was killing it.

Wilson hasn't completed a full season in both supercross and motocross in 5 years.

2012 - Injured DNF Outdoors
2013 - Injured DNF Outdoors
2014 - Injured Missed 3 or 4 Races
2015 - Injured DNF Outdoors
2016 - Injured DNF Supercross

Are the teams insured to cover the payroll costs if a rider gets injured? If not that's a team owners nightmare right there. Hope Wilson can make another run at it. Maybe there will be a good fit for him in the GP's?

I'm gutted for this guy. He is a great talent, fast and nice to watch rip on a bike but due to a variety of circumstances (some not his fault) he hasn't been able to stay injury free.

He is at rock bottom now and will need to work his way back up slowly. He's still young.

His expectations need to start very low next time he is back and just finish races and a series. You can always work your way up from here.

How does this affect his deal? does he get another ' nother " chance or is the ktm ship sailing yet? Poor dude. he was wicked on the 250f... Just hasn't come together on the 450.

Don't know y every time they damage one they take off a year to fix it. Maybe just milking the system
Both mine are gone but i can no longer jump out of the back of the pickup, haven't noticed any riding limitations BUT i don't race SX at thte pro level (likely has something to do with it). This really sucks the poor kid has TP199 luck with the knees, hope he makes ODNs, i like the kid.
