How do people get tickets for the track walk before the race? I've always wanted to do that

If you are not a rider, team personnel, or media member your best bet may be to buy a spot on the BTO KTM teams VIP program.

Unless you're on a team or a BTO VIP or something like that you can't do the rider walk. The other after practice walk is for sponsors reps or families of connected people or sometimes charities.

https://sx.expapp.com/upgrade/desktop Sign up on that page and they'll send you a text alert with different upgrades you can purchase provided you already have a ticket to watch the race. Track walks, being on the floor during opening ceremonies, stuff like that. Seems like theres a different program offering track walks every year but I walk St Louis track every year and I am a 100% nobody.

Daytona you can walk it after and see how deep and gnarly it gets... Also can go to the podium

We did the evening track walk during a 2014 SX and couldn't believe how steep, difficult even the jumps were and the walk didn't include the full track (the finish line jump was even higher and possibly most of those on the walk wouldn't have made it without tripping).

One partial track walk changed our opinion of the track and that's after watching races in person since the early 80s when I was 5!

If parts unlimited is having one go get in line with them,they usually have extra lanyards unless a lot of dealers or friends of dealers who passed their tickets off to show up.

Go by their rig and ask when it is,usually when track maintenance is going on in the last round of qualifications.

Then show up and get in line,Kevin is a good dude and will work with you.

Sorry for the necropost. Just signed up for this for the first time, wondering when do they start sending the offers (like a week before the race, two weeks before)? Also on the link it shows press conference access, behind the scenes tour, etc. Are all these things available at each round?

Communication/info kind of sucks on these add ons!
