You're exactly right - since everyone is tied with 0 points before round one and there's no "top 5" or "top 10" in official standings, you can choose any rider. But next week, each slot on your roster will only show the riders you can choose from based on the official supercross point standings. So you'll only be able to pick two riders from inside the top 5 and so forth. That's all there is to it, there's no other restrictions such as picking the same rider(s) each week, and no way you can "mess" up - the roster page will not let you pick riders that you can't pick; you'd get an error if you tried.

Does that sort of make sense? After round one I think it'll make a lot more sense
