2014 Yamaha 450 suspension

Looking for help setting up my bike. Bike sits high in rear. How much sag? Etc..

Depends on your weight and preference though.

I run my forks all the way down to the cap and run the rear at 100mm. But that doesn't work for everyone. I'm also 6'2 and 205lbs.

is that with stock springs or did you have to put stiffer springs in?

im about the same height/ weight as you- and will be getting a 16 450 yam when ive saved some $$$$$$ up for next season

Ya that's on stock springs. Race tech said I need to go to a heavier spring in the rear but everything works so damn well I don't feel that I need to. I've never bottomed out. I'm a top 5 c rider.

1mm longer linkage arm would drop the ass end, but then again, so would lowering the subframe 5mm. Have to decide what the bike is actually doing.
